Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time:
Estimated delivery time within the United States is 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Confirmation & Tracking:
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Black Ivy Apothecary is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at blackivyapothecary@gmail.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
